The Undertaker's one-man show comes to Las Vegas

Back on Friday, Feb. 10th, World Wrestling Entertainment – or WWE, as they are commonly known as to most people and fans alike – announced that “the critically acclaimed” UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW will be heading to two new cities this year.

After selling out shows in Boston, Nashville, Philadelphia and San Antonio, The Undertaker is on his way to Las Vegas ahead of WrestleMania 39.

What is The UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW?

The UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW is a one man show featuring the WWE Hall of Famer sharing stories and interacting with the crowd. Here is a section from the press release announcing his additional shows and explaining the premise of the show itself:

“UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW will feature “The Phenom” in an intimate setting, sharing never-before-heard stories from his Hall of Fame career and taking questions from the WWE Universe in attendance. The show has sold out venues in Nashville, Philadelphia, Boston and San Antonio since debuting last summer.”

For fans of the WWE and all wrestling entertainment, this is a dream. Many count themselves among the fans who favored The Undertaker over any other professional wrestler.

The man, whose real name is Mark Calaway, was on the WWE roster from 1990 through 2020. He is best known for his streak of victories at WrestleMania, WWE’s flagship show. He emerged victorious in 21 straight WrestleMania matches before finally falling to Brock Lesnar in 2014.

He’s become much more of a public figure since his retirement. Most recently, he appeared in a DraftKings commercial alongside Kevin Hart that aired during the 2023 Super Bowl.

More on The Undertaker’s Las Vegas show

The Undertaker’s show is set for Friday, March 24. It will be held at The Chelsea within the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino.

Those looking to head to the Nevada casino can purchase tickets now. Those went on sale on Tuesday, Feb. 14, and are available through Ticketmaster.

There will be a limited number of VIP tickets to The Undertaker’s UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW. These include what is described as, “premier seating and a meet-and-greet with The Undertaker,” according to the press release.

Other weird and wild shows in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is no stranger to the strange, weird, and eclectic shows such as this one. On the same day as The Undertaker’s UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW, there are a host of other options.

One could go from the Cash Cash performance at the AYU Dayclub to see a comedy show featuring Daniel Tosh of Tosh.O at the Mirage Hotel and Casino before seeing DJ Drama at the Jewel Nightclub at The Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino.

Other options on Friday, March 24, are the Mean Girls musical at the Smith Center, the National Reined Cow Horse Association Stallion Stakes and Gift Show at South Point Hotel and Spa, and a whole host of musical performances. Those include Maroon 5 at the Park MGM Las Vegas, Foreigner at The Venetian Resort and Casino and Miranda Lambert at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

Of course, if magic or Cirque du Soleil is more someone’s speed, there are five separate Cirque du Soleil options. All are playing on March 24 as well.
